Deye HVB750V/100A Control Box for BOS-G Batteries

Every Deye BOS-G battery rack needs one of these. The HVB750V/100A control box sits at the top of the cluster, manages the modules connected beneath it, and provides the high-voltage connection to a compatible hybrid inverter.

It handles an operating voltage of 120 to 750 V DC, which covers clusters from 3 to 12 BOS-G modules (15.36 to 61.44 kWh). Charge and discharge current is 100 A nominal and 125 A maximum. It runs from a 12 V DC input (4.15 A), operates from -20 to 65 °C, and is rated IP20 for indoor installation.

Physically it matches the rack format of the modules: 440 × 570 × 150 mm and about 15.5 kg.

The controller, the battery modules, and the inverter have to be configured as one system, so we supply and commission them together. That includes checking firmware compatibility with the inverter and confirming the battery reports its state of charge correctly before handover.
