The SE-F5 is a 5.12 kWh, 51.2 V lithium iron phosphate battery from Deye for 48 V hybrid and off-grid inverters. At the recommended 80% depth of discharge, it provides about 4.1 kWh per cycle.
It charges at up to 100 A and discharges at up to 120 A continuously, with 150 A peaks for ten seconds to cover motor starts such as pumps and air conditioners. It is rated for more than 6,000 cycles to 70% capacity, around 8 MWh of energy throughput over its life.
Several SE-F5 units can be combined for larger banks, and the BMS communicates with compatible inverters so charging is managed safely.
