The Sonoff POW Elite is a 20 A Wi-Fi smart switch with a built-in power meter and LCD, for monitoring and controlling heavy appliances such as water heaters, pumps, and air conditioners. The screen shows power, current, and voltage in real time along with cumulative consumption.
You can set power, current, and voltage limits; if any is exceeded, the switch turns off to protect the appliance. Daily or monthly consumption targets send a phone alert when reached, and six months of hourly history can be exported to Excel.
It runs on an ESP32 chip for faster response, works with the eWeLink app and Amazon Alexa (including the Alexa Energy Dashboard), and integrates with Home Assistant through the eWeLink add-on.
We install it in the circuit it controls, sized to the appliance, and set up limits and alerts in the app.
