The E03 sits at reception and turns blank key cards into room keys. When a guest checks in, the TTHotel management software sends the room and stay dates to the encoder, and it writes them to a 13.56 MHz MIFARE S50 card in a second or two. It also reads cards back, which helps when a guest reports a card that stopped working.
It connects to the front-desk computer over USB (Type-C), draws its power from the same cable, and needs no separate driver installation. At 70 × 70 × 26 mm it takes up very little counter space.
The encoder only works as part of a TTLock/TTHotel system, so the room locks and the software have to be from the same platform. On hotel and serviced-apartment projects we install the locks, set up the TTHotel account and room plan, and train front-desk staff to issue, cancel, and replace cards before opening day.
