The K40 is a fingerprint attendance terminal for offices, shops, schools, and small factories. Its built-in battery keeps it recording through power cuts, and it has a simple access control function for an electric lock and exit button, or an external bell.
It stores 3,000 fingerprints and 100,000 transactions, with 3,000 ID or IC cards optional (1,000 with SSR). The optional built-in SSR (self-service report) software produces attendance reports as Excel files on a USB drive, so small businesses can run attendance without a PC program.
Data transfers over TCP/IP within seconds, or by USB drive. Work codes, SMS notices, a scheduled bell, and 14-digit user IDs are supported, and its 2.8-inch colour screen is easy to read.
It runs on a 12 V adapter. We install it at the staff entrance, set up shifts, and connect it to your attendance software or show you the Excel reports.
