The HAC-HFW1220BP is a compact 1080p coaxial (HDCVI) bullet camera for short-range coverage around homes, shops, and small compounds. Its 2.8 mm lens gives a wide view of a porch, shopfront, yard, or corridor.
It records 2 MP from a 1/2.9-inch sensor, with digital WDR and backlight compensation to help when the camera faces a bright opening. Smart IR, from 12 infrared LEDs, covers up to 20 m at night.
The housing is rated IP67, and the camera is built to operate from -40 to +60 °C, so heat and heavy rain are not a concern on exposed walls.
At 20 m of IR range, it suits close and medium distances; for long driveways or perimeters we would use a longer-range model. We install it with properly terminated coax and power, and connect it to a Dahua XVR for recording and phone viewing.
