Dahua SD59131I-HC-S3 1MP 31x Starlight HDCVI PTZ Camera

The SD59131I-HC-S3 is a larger-housing coaxial (HDCVI) PTZ camera from Dahua's SD59 series, for sites that need to see a long way from a single point: industrial yards, farms, long estate roads, and perimeter fences.

Its 31x optical zoom is its main strength, bringing distant activity close enough to follow, while pan and tilt let it cover a wide area. It records 1 MP (720p), uses Dahua's Starlight technology to keep colour in low light, and has infrared for night-time viewing.

At 720p, it is suited to tracking and zooming on movement rather than as the primary camera for identifying faces; fixed higher-resolution cameras at gates and doors do that job better.

We mount it high on a pole or building corner with a clear line of sight, set preset positions and patrol routes, and connect it to a Dahua XVR so guards can take manual control when needed.
