Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 4MP 4x Zoom IR Mini PTZ Camera

The DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 is a compact 2-inch PTZ camera for areas that need more than a fixed view but not a full-size speed dome: shop floors, reception areas, warehouses, compound entrances, and school corridors. Its 2.8–12 mm lens gives 4x optical zoom (plus 16x digital), so an operator can go from a wide room view to a close-up of a till or doorway.

It records 4 MP (2560 × 1440) from a 1/3-inch sensor, with 120 dB WDR for glass frontages and doorways, and infrared up to 20 m at night. It pans 0–330° and tilts 0–90°, and returns to its last position after a power cut.

The housing is rated IP66 and IK10, so it can go outdoors under a soffit or in public areas where it may be tampered with. It runs on 12 V DC or standard PoE (802.3af), which a normal PoE switch or NVR port can supply.

We set presets for each view, for example the gate, the car park, and the reception door, so staff can jump between them from the phone app.
