This is the entry-level Huawei Power-M system: one 2.5 kW power module and one 5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery module. It suits flats, small homes, shops, and offices that need to keep lights, fans, TVs, laptops, routers, and a fridge running during outages.
The battery is rated for 100% depth of discharge, so the full 5 kWh is usable. Because Power-M (iSitePower-M) is modular, you can start here and add more power modules and battery modules later, up to 30 kWh, without replacing what you have.
The modules stack neatly, and Huawei's FusionSolar app shows battery level and energy use on your phone.
It is not intended for heavy loads such as large air conditioners or pumps; for those, the 5 kW systems suit better. We size the inverter, battery bank, and solar array to your actual loads and backup hours, and handle the installation, earthing, and surge protection.
