Tuya Zigbee Smart Door and Window Sensor

This small two-part sensor fixes to a door or window and its frame, and reports whenever they separate. On its own it is a simple security alert; in a smart home it becomes a trigger for automations.

Typical uses we set up: a phone notification if the back door opens while you are out, a hallway light that switches on when the front door opens at night, or an air conditioner (through a smart IR controller) that switches off when a balcony door is left open. In short-let apartments it can confirm when guests have arrived.

It runs on Zigbee, so it needs a Tuya Zigbee gateway to connect to the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app and be controlled remotely. If you already have Tuya Zigbee devices, it joins your existing gateway; if not, we supply one.
