ZKTeco WL20 Wi-Fi Fingerprint Time Attendance Terminal

The WL20 is a fingerprint attendance terminal with Wi-Fi, for small and mid-size offices, shops, and schools that don't want to run a network cable to it. It can also act as a hotspot, so a phone with ZKTeco's TA Assistant app can connect directly to download records and manage shifts.

Its built-in SSR (self-service report) software produces attendance reports as Excel files on a USB drive, with shifts and reports managed on the device, so no PC software is needed. Time Cube cloud attendance is also available as an option.

It stores 1,000 fingerprints (1,500 without SSR) and 50,000 records, and ZKTeco's newer sensor reads well in strong light and with wet or rough fingers. The screen turns on automatically when someone approaches, saving power. It runs on a 5 V adapter.

We set it up on your Wi-Fi, configure shifts, and show your team how to pull reports.
