Dahua IPC-HDBW2431E-S-S2 4MP WDR Vandal-Proof Mini Dome IP Camera

The IPC-HDBW2431E-S-S2 is the 4 MP version of Dahua's tough mini dome, with true wide dynamic range (WDR). WDR matters at entrances: when someone stands in front of a bright doorway or glass frontage, a camera without it shows only a silhouette, while WDR balances the bright background and the face.

At 4 MP it records noticeably sharper detail than 1080p, making it easier to identify faces and read small print such as number plates at short range. Infrared covers up to 30 m at night.

The housing is IK10 impact-rated and IP67 weatherproof, suited to lobbies, reception areas, lift landings, and covered car parks. It takes power over the network cable (PoE), and a microSD slot keeps a local backup of footage.

We position these at entrances and reception points where identification matters most, and record them on a Dahua NVR sized for 4 MP streams.
