Hikvision DS-2CD2041G1-IDW1 4MP Wi-Fi Bullet Camera with Built-in Mic

The DS-2CD2041G1-IDW1 is a 4 MP outdoor bullet camera with built-in Wi-Fi (802.11n), for homes, shops, and small sites where pulling network cable to each camera is impractical. It connects to your router or a Hikvision Wi-Fi NVR, so each position needs only a power supply.

It records 4 MP from a 1/3-inch sensor, with digital WDR for bright and shaded areas and infrared up to 30 m at night. A built-in microphone records sound with the video.

A microSD slot (up to 128 GB) lets the camera record on its own or keep recording through a Wi-Fi dropout. H.265+ compression keeps storage and wireless bandwidth down, which matters when several cameras share one network.

The housing is rated IP66 and operates from -30 °C to 60 °C.

Wi-Fi signal weakens through concrete and over distance, so we test each position before mounting and add an access point or run a cable where the signal won't hold. We also help you decide where audio recording is appropriate.
