The Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL combines a satellite phone and a GSM phone in one handset, with two SIM slots active at the same time. You can carry your normal mobile line and a Thuraya satellite line together. You use cheaper GSM calls in town and switch to satellite at a remote site, without carrying two phones.
It works on Thuraya's L-band satellite network and on GSM 2G/3G networks worldwide. The battery gives up to 11 hours of talk time and 100 hours on standby. It keeps the XT-PRO's rugged build, its GPS, BeiDou, and GLONASS positioning, and its dedicated SOS button.
Thuraya's network covers Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, including all of Nigeria, but not the Americas. It suits managers and engineers who move between offices and remote sites. We can supply the Thuraya SIM and airtime.
