ZKTeco BL-852T45S 2MP 12 mm Face Detection Bullet Camera

The BL-852T45S is a 2 MP bullet camera from ZKTeco's BioPro series with a fixed 12 mm lens, giving a narrow 30° view that reaches well down a driveway, along a fence, or across a car park to a gate. Four Smart IR LEDs light the scene up to 80 m at night, so the far end of a long view stays visible.

It records 1080p from a 1/2.8-inch Sony STARVIS sensor, with H.265 and H.264 compression. Built-in face detection, line crossing, intrusion, abandoned or missing object detection, and tamper alerts turn it from a passive recorder into a camera that flags events.

The housing is rated IP67 and runs from -30 °C to 60 °C. It takes 12 V DC or PoE (802.3af), so a PoE switch or NVR can power it over the network cable.

A 12 mm lens is only right when you know the distance you need to cover; for wider areas close to the camera, a 2.8 or 4 mm model is better. We measure each position before recommending it.
