Dahua XVR5216AN-4KL-16P 16-Channel 4K Penta-brid DVR with PoC

The XVR5216AN-4KL-16P is a 16-channel recorder for sites with coaxial cabling that want 4K-capable recording. It accepts HDCVI, AHD, TVI, and analogue (CVBS) cameras, detected automatically, as well as IP cameras, and supports resolutions up to 8 MP (4K).

The "16P" means power over coax (PoC) on all 16 channels. With PoC cameras, one coaxial cable carries both video and power, so there is no separate power cable or supply at each camera position, which saves labour and cost on larger sites. PoC runs up to 400 m at 1080p and 300 m at 4 MP.

Smart H.265+ compression reduces bitrate and storage compared with H.264, so the same hard drives hold more days of recording.

We pair it with PoC-compatible Dahua cameras, size the storage to your retention needs, and set up remote viewing. If you have existing coax, we check its condition first, since old cable limits image quality and PoC distance.
