Hikvision DS-7608NI-Q1/8P 8-Channel PoE NVR

The DS-7608NI-Q1/8P is the recorder we reach for on homes, shops, and small offices that need up to eight IP cameras on one tidy system. Its eight PoE ports power each camera over the same network cable that carries its video, so there is no separate power supply to fit at every camera position.

It records up to 8 MP (4K) per camera with 80 Mbps of incoming bandwidth, and supports H.265+ compression to stretch how many days of footage one hard drive holds. A single SATA bay takes the drive, sized to the retention period you need.

HDMI output runs up to 4K alongside a VGA output for a guard-room or reception monitor. Remote viewing works through Hik-Connect on your phone, and compatible cameras can filter motion alerts to people and vehicles on up to four channels.

We size the hard drive, program recording schedules, and set up phone access at handover.
